Intimate and cozy with refined dining and excellent service. The chef here is exceptional! Fresh, passionately prepare dishes, excellent wine list. You could spend just as much at McOlive or Friday’s and get fast food, or come for dinner here and be amazed.

This tucked away place in Creekside Shops is where I always find great food, an excellent wine pairing and great conversation in an intimate atmosphere. The chef here is top notch. Each dish prepared by hand by him, you can taste the passion for food in every dish. An excellent value also, with quality far exceeding the price.

This restaurant is a sophisticated yet casual place, featuring “Refined American Cuisine” paired with fine wines and personable service. The chef has been head of the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles and has opened many restaurants and bistros in Seattle’s famous food district. Come to the Shenandoah Valley for a little taste of America’s finest fare paired with an impressive wine selection.

The Chef at Wyld Thyme focuses on quality, not quantity, which is a rear thing in a town that has a lot of corporate restaurants that are more about numbers than people. I love knowing that when I go there, they remember my name, what I like, and treat me more like a friend than a customer. The quality of food and service is not surpassed by any other restaurant in Winchester as far as I am concerned.

Wyld Thyme is a great restaurant with great service and food. It is relatively unknown and I don’t know why, the chef has outstanding culinary skills.

This restaurant is amazing and the food is outstanding. They have everything from “mouth watering” Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops to one of the chef’s special such as filet mignon that you can cut with a fork. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they have a beautiful wine bar. The owners are two of the nicest people around. For a wonderful relaxing dinner please join them you can’t go wrong!!!!

I recently visited Winchester and was very fortunate to be invited to dine at this restaurant. The moment you walk in the door the aroma from the kitchen will make your mouth water. The service was superb. The food was even better. Warm, friendly atmosphere. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of food. I can’t wait to go back the next time I am in Winchester. If I lived there I would be there often.

I was most impressed with this little place. The food was much better than expected and ranked to the top 3 meals I have enjoyed in the Winchester area. To be honest, it does not have much competition….. I had the Chef’s Special Filet Mignon; it was divine and came smothered in Blue Cheese with a very tasty but not overwhelming Red Wine Sauce. I really would recommend this restaurant to any of my friends, perfect for date night. There are not too many restaurants in Winchester that sell cuisine of this caliber.
